Poor construction, and noisy rooms. Paper thin walls let you hear normal conversations next door.
For being brand new, it is terrible construction. I definately do not recommend living here!

So where in Billings would you live if not here?I am from out of the area.Searching thur the net.There does not seem to be many options for apartments in the area.Every state.Every apartment community.People complain about everything..Let me tell you folks.You guys are lucky to have such cheap rent,,Ca,, the rent is over 1500 to 3000 for units like those..I live i florida right now,,You can not touch a 2/2 uder 900 SQ feet for less than 1100 plus..You get nothing FREE.You pay for water and sewage and trash removal,,and internet and cable,,I have lived in apartments on and off for 20 years..I know better than to ever take anything but a top floor apartment,Who wants to have a family with young children move over there head,,Thats a nightmare,,Plus,THEY NEVER make APTS sound proof.,,You want peace and quiet? Than do not move into an apartment,,Common sense ,,The same crap you all are complaining about here at this community.Echos around usa,,Read some of the reviews from other states,,They are never positive.We are a bunch of whinners,No wonder the young adults of this generation have that me me me aditude,,They get it from the adults,Complaining never gets the job done,,,,You have to do something about it,,Picket the place if your so darn unhappy,,Break your lease,,You can do that you know if you are so unhappy,,You 'll just have to pay the fees to do that,, but for petes sake,,just move,,and get on with your life,,And when you do find an community that is sound proof,,Let us all know,,So we can move too,,lol,,.Ill just have to visit this community my self and judge,,for my self,,I know..bottom line,,apartment living can be tough,,,But i am not going to whine about it on a web sight like this,,I would like to READ and honest review not a review from someone that has money issues
