This place has a great appearance. But After living there for about a week and looking over all the construction very carefully, you realize it was put together by what would appear to be amatuers. I swear i have seen a childs bird house that was put together better and with better insulation. Also as far as the noise goes, if the walls were made of cardboard it would be the same. As for the parking you get one spot even if more than one adult live in the apartments. Currently also there are no garages available so no space for another car. As for people coming to visit you they get to park generally on the other side of the complex in front of the office. As has been previously stated in other reviews they are not completely upfront about all the costs. They will charge you close to 100 for the utilities for a couple days. They dont tell you this amount until after you move in. They just say you will have to pay a prorated utility bill for the first few days you move in. Now after living there a couple months my utility bills between both average 40$ so i still dont understand how for 6 days it was 100 dollars.

First of all - Hunter's Pointe has nothing to do with your utility bills. Your utility costs are strictly between you and the utility company. You are told upfront, when you fill out the application, what you will have to pay on the day you move in. The utilities are supposed to be transferred into your name by the day you move in. Yes, everyone gets one covered parking space - designated for you. Parking spaces are limited. (Is a problem). They who, don't tell you what? About utilities? Again, Hunter's Pointe does NOT regulate utilities. They are just an apartment complex. NOTHING to do with the utility company. You ARE told everything upfront - you sign off on everything - and it's all read out loud to you - and you get copies of all of it. Garages are up for rent as soon as they become available. YOU are told of this upfront also. The complex was built by a reputable firm - and by OSHA standards and passed all tests. You do have options. Build your own home. This is an apartment complex afterall. You may have people living beside you, above you or below you. It's an APARTMENT! And a very nice one at that.

Anonymous above, Pull your head out of your *ss. We were NOT informed of everything, just as the person above! Hunter's pointe has all kinds of charges, that they DO NOT tell you about. Oh yeah they are in the small print of the rental agreement, but they do a fine job of being so innocent and NOT telling you about them. We have also lived in quite a few apartments before and have NEVER dealt with this kind of NOISE!!!! Garages, what a joke! We have been waiting for over a year. We were told one would open within a couple months. Umm wow I didn't know 14 months was a couple!! Yes it's an Apartment, and a ------ one at that!!!!
