First off, the office staff is amazing. They are very friendly and always available and on the ball with taking care of concerns or complaints. The maintenance manager treats the property as if it were his own, he comes immediately no matter how small the issue is. The noise and construction are the only downfall, not so bad if you live on a third floor though. For the most part all of the residents are very nice, considerate, and watch out for each other. Compared to other properties in town, I would recommend this apartment community.
