We are not sure what this former resident is talking about because he or she is not describing the Hunter's Pointe where we live at all. We too have lived here for almost 3 years and have had nothing but good experiences. Yes, there was a problem with the internet but that was resolved earlier in the spring and it seems to be much more reliable. Anytime we have had a maintenance request, it is always taken care of within a day unless a part had to be ordered. We have not noticed any loud parties. We do occassionally hear our neighbors but consider that part of apartment living. Overall, we are very satisfied at Hunter's Pointe. That is why we have renewed our lease several times since moving in.

you must either live right above the model unit, be friends with the management, have low standards of living, not be home a lot due to work or something, or you lucked out and have had a better experience than most. more power to you! It is a pain to move, but it's pretty obvious that there is a collective opinion of the place, considering that people are constantly coming and going and the majority of tenants do not renew their lease. I'm glad you have found comfort in the apartments though. You have had a good experience and I respect that,but the collective opinion is quite the contrary unfortunately. Good Luck to you
