I lived at Hunter's Pointe for one year when I was transferred to Billings for work. I found the people who worked there to be incredibly helpful, efficient and friendly. When I applied to live in the complex, they had just recently increased the rent on my apartment but since they had not yet advertised the new rates, I was allowed to sign a year contract at the lower rate. Although the complex is fairly large, I was always greeted by my name . . even if just passing through the office to collect my mail.

The maintenance staff is exceedingly nice and helpful. Any issues I had were taken care of the same day, if not at the very moment I reported the problem. They even helped me load a few of my larger pieces of furniture on the truck when I was moving out.

Luckily, I had very quiet neighbors so I rarely heard any noise. Having 24 hour access to the gym was fabulous and I really can't imagine having lived anywhere else in Billings.
