The place is a hole. literally. not only did the complex used to be for low income families and they only barely renovated it. by "barely" i mean, they -just- took it to standards enough so, that it would be just out of range as being considered low income quality. If you were a builder and inspected this place, you might be pretty surprised at the shoddy work. Moving along from that point, the place is noisy, I always seemed to get neighbors that had music turned up loud enoughto make my walls thump at three in the morning. Out of the two years i lived there. On to the management, In my lease it says that they require to give you a 24 hour period before entering your apartment, unless there is an emergency. Well, there was no emergency, and on more than one occasion my apartment was entered without any sort of notice at all, and even one time they left a notice saying that my apartment smelled and needed to be cleaned. Later it was discovered by them, and after several complaints by myself that the people living below me had rotting deer hide in their unit.

Also in the two years i lived there, I was fairly certain that they are supposed to give a notice if they are going to raise your rent. Well, I p[aid my rent on time like I always do, then I received a letter stating that i was short by $100.00, I phoned to see what was wrong, that I paid the amount I had been paying and wondered where the 100 short was from' They then informed me that the rent had been raised by 100 dollars. Imagine my surprise, and anger at having received no warning at all, of this rent increase.

Overall, I DO NOT recomment this apartment unit to ANYONE. there are cheaper and better available. This place is expensive, and with all the hassle...it's really not worth it.
