I found it to be rather noisy and the staff less than helpful about it. The kitchen is extremely small with very little cupbord space and not enough closet space. It was the smallest and most expensive appartment I have rented. I was also charged more than three times the deposit amount when I moved out. Something not uncommon I have heard from other former residents.
