I'm warning you not to live here. We moved out of there in May, it is now The very end of October. My parents just yesterday got a call from collections saying we owe them 2000 dollars.... What is so bad about that? They had told us after THEY (not us) did the walk through that we owed them nothing!!! My husband is in the army and got orders saying we were moving in 2 weeks. I wrote them a notice and set up a walk through date which they never showed up for. They then never got back to us. So we got the apartment professionally cleaned and guess what... they said it cost 55 dollars to clean the kitchen. Thats a load of crap. But even so where did the other $1945 come from... Well since we (because of them) didn't do a walk though in their presence they decided to charge us for the carpets. So now our credit is going to be ruined... OH and what "Helpful" people. When we called to ask, Jennifer, The manager hung up on my husband...TWICE. How mature. So before you decide to live there maybe you should remember how scandalous they could be to you. Could you afford bad credit in this day and age?
