We signed a 8 month lease and after 6 months found a home which we purchased. We had to do whats called a lease by out where they want 2 months rent for time your not going to be there. Pretty pricy for time when your not even living in the apartment. As for security deposit on the day u sign paper work they will tell you u can get all of it back as long as room is in same shape as the day you moved in. Total lie, they claim they need to use all of the 400 bucks to paint and put new carpet in the room. Montana law says no landlord can hold security deposit for normal wear and tear after every tenat leaves. The staff is very rude and will not help u with your problems what so ever. We went in to talk to them about our problem and didn't want us talking to them because they had other people applying for rent at the time. I guess they didn't want them to know of the problems they will be stepping into. If your looking for a decent apartment to live in avoid this one at all costs. bYr9ljUwtCbMRXE8dRDC
