You can litterally hear a pin drop, the noise is HORRIBLE in this apartments. The staff is not helpful, they dont explain what you are signing and just sit there being ------- while taking your money. Rent just went down and is not available for everyone.

american property management inc . should find out what their employees are doing. sandstone village is under new management that are incompetent, unprofessional,and only proficient at sending out multple forms which contradict the last. if you are having similar problems contact the corporate office , the sandstone Management loses paperwork conviently and when making a complaint they give you the yes i'll get that information in a few days line. I personaly attempted 6 different visits during open business hours to meet with the manager but she incoviently would change with out notice . Then write you a letter and making it sound as if you were avoiding her. The adress for american Property management is. American property management Inc. 110-110thavenue N.E.,Suite 550 Bellevue, WA 98004(425)635-0059. Sandstone Village has Paper thin walls poor janitorial services.sidewalks falling apart, Now snow removal. cigarette butts everyware,The supposedly pet free place has dog feces littering the grounds.

The only time management will react is with a Better Business Bureau complaint (BBB.org).
