Years at this apartment:

Used to be fairly nice place to live-First lived there in early 2001 and then left the area in 2003, because work sent me to another state-Came back in 2005 and thought since I had such a good experience with the Mountain Villa Apartments before, that it would be nice to go back there. In 2003, when I left Montana and had an apartment there, I was extremely satisfied with just about everything in and around the apartment complex. The management was very nice and the staff was prompt and thorough when asked to fix things in my apartment that were needed. The yard, landscaping, and sidewalks were kept in very nice condition. I was proud to live there because for the amount of rent I paid, it was a great deal for this area compared to other apartments. When I returned in 2005, I realized that the apartment complex looked now like a tornado had ripped through it. The landscaping was a mess, fences falling and not painted, sidewalks were buckeling, unsafe and slick in wintertime and where did the management go' The new management is hard to deal with and if something needed fixed in my apartment, I would have to call the office about five times to get a response. Then when I would get a hold of mgmt. the guy would talk down to me as if I were a small child. Plus, the rent had gone up about $65 from the first time I lived there. So, I decided to look elsewhere for an apartment. Too bad because I had such a good experience when I lived at this apartment complex before.
