This poorly kept complex is in one of the nicer area, which is all it has going for it. Maintainance is a farce, with repeated calls to the rental offfice being ignored-even for even major problems.

Dumpster is used by much of the local residents, even those that do not live in the complex. Management is rude, inefficiant and ineffective. This complex has been put on the avoid list at the University of Montana due to repested problems with management taking security money for no reason.
