It's just ok

Crestview has been just ok for me. The apartments are small, but nice with newer appliances. Having a washer and dryer in the unit has been extremely nice and was honestly a big reason why I chose to live here. The landscaping is very nice and well maintained.
The downsides' The office staff are friendly, but it usually takes more than one visit to get things straightened out. Finding the manager is your best bet. The pool is very crowded and occasionally packed with loud college students. There are a few small herds of children who seem to roam about constantly. The biggest problem is parking. Each apartment cones with one leased space. Some apartments have up to four adults living in them with up to four cars or more. Needless to say, having guests or visitors drive over to visit you is near impossible, especially on weekends. The disabled parking spots are often even illegally used.
Overall, these are good apartments for Missoula. But if you are going to be living here for an extended time, it may be better to look into renting or buying a small house.
**Update** Just received an estimate on returning my security deposit. I have a vague list of items that need cleaning and having relocated out of state, there is no way to address them. It seems like Crestview was intentionally looking for ways to keep even more of my $$. And yes, it is cleaner now then when I moved in.
