Not too bad

I have lived at Crestview twice. The first time I lived in a single bedroom, and the second in a three bedroom unit. When I lived by myself I had no issues except for the fact that my assigned parking space and storage was a decent hike from my door.
The second time I lived at Crestvie however, there were three of us in the unit but we only were allowed one reserved parking space. The building had about (at best) 15 parking spaces in front of it, but these spaces were used by about three different buildings. Not many people parked in their assigned spaces, but rather used the 15 free spots first. Many times I would come home from work and have nowhere to park. I once attemped to park in one of many empty assigned parking spaces at about 2 am when I got home from work and was towed before 6 am at a cost of $170. Often times there was no free parking in the entire complex! I wrote the office a letter, but was never given any feedback.
We were not well informed of the 30-day notice policy and ended up having to rent our unit for another entire month longer than we wanted. We spent about three days total cleaning the apartment, and were given a list of about 100 things they did not find satisfactory with our unit, for example-a little dust on top of a plug-in. I could be wrong but i believe in the time it took from our moving out to when they inspected it a week later a little dust may have reaquired here or there. Like another person stated, we left our apartment cleaner than we found it, but were still charged $60 in cleaning fees. (I guess that is the going rate for swiping a cloth across a plug-in)
Other than that, I did have problems with our kitchen floor seam coming up and our kitchen cabinate door handle falling off constantly, our pool key rarely worked.

I can say that I didn't have any trouble with noise, when I called for small maintenance issues they were usually handled in a timely fashion, and the lighting and surrounding area make Crestview a safe environment.
