Clean, but big drawback

Good
1.Clean apartments, new appliances

Bad
1.No hot water in the winter
2.parking sucks, no empty space at night
3.THEY CAP THE INTERNET SPEED, this is a biggie for me, they are contracted with Bresnan on a 2 year old package deal, there is no alternative, complained about this but they did nothing to remedy the situation.
