$80 for dust From: -Anonymous- Date posted: 5/21/2008 Years at this apartment: 2005 - 2006   This place sounds great, but takes advantage of its tenants at every turn. They will raise your rent $50 to $100 every six months or a year; when you leave, they go through the apartment with white gloves and tell you to clean things like the dust off radiators and blinds, and even the metal outside the door! If you don't stick up for yourself, I can't even imagine what they do. They certainly hold tenants up to a higher standard than legally supportable. Don't rent from them if you can at all help it.
