staff here are nightmare. IF THERE WAS EVER A TIME WHEN YOU WERE PAYING RENT HERE AND THEY REFUSED YOU ACCESS TO YOUR APT. THAT IS ILLEGAL!!!! FIND EACH OTHER AND FILE A CLASS ACTION. OR JUST SUE THEM YOURSELF AND GET THE MONEY OWED TO YOU. i DID.
Aside from frequently breaching contract they are just plain rude and scandalous. They wont fix anything and they will try to suck you of all your money. they are nothing but thieves.

If you break the contract with these jerks they keep your $2000 deposit illegally (been 2 years now they have had it). Then they sent us to collections after only a couple weeks after you move out for close to 10k (rent, lawyers fees, and collection fees), also illegal. Oh...and after we moved out, they sat on the apartment, and didn't rent it out until the lease was over (for 9 months). I...le...gal.
