Every year they raise your rent, While offering incentives to new renter. They should lower the rent and have all units full instead of 60% rented. The maintainence isleaves a lot to be desired. They are slow and very unorganized. It takes servel days for a small repair. The grounds are a mess very wet in spots and dry in others.
