RENTING FROM CRESTVIEW IS A NIGHTMARE.. THE MANAGER IS SUCH A ----- ALONG WITH THE AWFUL STAFF. THE MANAGER WHO HAS CANCER, DESERVES THE CANCER.. SHE MADE SO MANY PEOPLES LIFES MISERABLE.... SHE IS THE WORST MANAGER I EVER MET AND HAD TO DEAL WITH. IF YOU DO LIVE THERE.. MAKE SURE YOU HAVE A LAWYER PICKED OUT, CAUSE YOUR GONNA GET RAMMED UP THE ASS FROM WRONGFUL CHARGES WHEN YOU LEAVE.
IF YOU NEED TO FIND THE OWNER OF THIS BUILDING, CHECK OUT THE COURT HOUSE, AND HARASS ONE OF THE OWNERS WHO LIVE HERE IN MISSOULA. IT FOR SURE GETS SOME ATTENTION.
ALSO, TAKE LOTS OF PICS OF YOUR EMPTY APARTMENT, ALONG WITH VIDEOS.. THEY ARE CHARGING FOR BOGUSS CHARGES.. AND WHEN THEY CLEAN.. IT'S A JOKE AND BEND YOU OVER WITH HIGH CHARGES.

The manager is just doing her job and your an ------- for saying ANYONE deserves cancer. You try being sick and still managing 400 units. Sounds to me like you didn't stick up to your end of the bargain and are getting mad at them for doing their job. READ YOUR LEASE COMPLETELY and nothing will come as a surprise when you move out. Simple as that. Don't blame or get mad at others for your incompetance.

I agree with the above poster in that this manager is HORRIBLE. (not saying that she deserves cancer, but she is a mean, mean person). it doesn't matter if you follow every single guideline of your lease, you will get screwed. no matter what. And it's not just the manager. it's the entire office staff. i have never EVER in my entire life seen people as RUDE, HEARTLESS, AND LACKING HUMAN MORAL as each of them. it's sickening. if you rent here and move out, do take pictures. you will need them. take pictures of EVERY thing. each wall, each running board or whatever they're called. take pictures of behind the washer and dryer. take pictures of inside of each drawer. inside the fridge and microwave. Seriously. and after they do the walkthrough, make them go to the apartment with you and show you exactly what is so "dirty", and i bet you they won't go with you because they know that they're wrong and are just trying to stifle money out of more people. Also, I would recommend a lawyer, too. I have a friend who moved out of there last year and owes $10,000. No joke. Because they were one month late in rent, the rest are cleaning/damage fees, and lawyer fees???? (beyond me, WTF???) TO THE OWNERS OF THIS APARMENT COMPLEX: YOUR MANAGEMENT IS RUINING YOUR BUSINESS. IF YOU HAVE BEEN EXAMINING THE BOOKS AND WONDERING WHY THE HELL YOU KEEP GOING FARTHER AND FARTHER DOWN, YOU NEED TO RE-EXAMINE THE MANAGEMENT AND REALIZE THAT IT IS THEM THAT DRIVE PEOPLE AWAY.

I also agree that the manager and the entire office staff is terrible and has no idea what it is like to run an apartment complex. I don't know that anyone deserves cancer... HOWEVER it gives you no excuse to be the way she is. It is actually illegal to charge someone for dust so anyone that does needs to back up their story and look at the federal website and print it out. Is is also illegal to charge someone for cleaning without telling the person what they are charging you for and then they have to give you a 24 hour notice so you can go clean, at this point I would recommend GOING WITH THEM and having them show you WHAT is dirty. You need to take video AND pictures of before and after or yes... they will screw you over and rob you of your deposit. Because it is your word against theirs. I am in complete shock at this apartment complexes behavior towards people moving out. I was a great renter and always paid on time so this is just absurd. You need to take a crime scene clean up crew with you to get this cleaned or else... beware of charges! I feel sorry for all my friends that live there, because I know one day they'll have this same problem, but if I can help it I will do everything I can to give them the right information prior to giving a notice. I have lived in a few apartments, thank God I have my own house now, but I have never dealt with such an awful management and movingout experience in my entire life. Do not rent from here... management is terrible and rent is also absurd with how they raise it so often.
