They charged me $87 for dust on the heaters and on the top of the light switches!! I went in and wiped everything down they said had dust on it and they still charged me the money. The one thing that ticks me off is the fact they said the ceiling fan was dusty after the first inspection they did and I went in and cleaned AGAIN (everything). After the second inspection the ceiling fan was fine but miraculously everything else was till dusty after I spent 2 days cleaning the place. Another thing is that they charged me to paint over scuff marks on the walls in the closet. Am I not supposed to touch the walls in the unit when I am living there. They dinged me for a fingerprint on a light switch that wasn't reported on the first inspection but was reported on the second inspection. A FINGERPRINT!!'!'!'! What are we CSI' I could go on and on but one last thing is they charged me $35 to replace 5 slats on the vertical blinds. $10 for the actual blinds which is fine because my dog bit them, but $25/hr in labor for what should take any person with common sense 2 minutes to do.

Yup, we got the "dust" treqtment by Crestview's staff as well. They seem to put all of their energy into recovering deposit money rather than putting any into maintaining the property. The pool, hot tub and gym would all have been nice had they been maintained in good working order, but they were too busy getting people on dust violations!
