The day after i moved in the trailer trash maintance guy came over at about 9:30 at night to replace a drawer... he asked if it was ok with me to come in whenever he needed to fix something.. i told him no... that i would rather be there... that is when all the problems began..

First of all when you move in make sure you do or dont have a broiler pan.. its their way of getting fifty bucks out of you when you move.. I never had one.. swear to god they dont care and charged me fifty dollars for it!
I was virtually the only person on my whole block who was not HIDING a pet. BUT they came into my apartment 3 times to do a pet inspection because they said they had evidence i had one. After every inspection NO PET ... just probably the nicest decorated and well taken care of apartment they have ever seen. But they still threatened me that when i chose to move out they were charging me a $75 black light inspection to see if there were any pet fluids. Im not freaking joking you. How they would tell if they were pet fluids i dont know... pretty expensive these days to test the dna dont you think...
Sure the apartments were pretty nice and pretty cheap but I have never been so screwed in my life at a complex..
I am cleaner than "monica" and I an quiet and I keep to myself..
these people just have it out for people that live there..
REally tho.. move in if you need to.. but please.. make sure you have a broiler pan... i still wish i would have spent a thousand dollars on court fees to fight this instead of paying the damn fifty dollars.
( Eventually i had MANY friends in the complex... and i paid the highest rent)
