I actually really liked my apartment. It was spacious, had a gorgeous view of the conservation easement, and was very quiet. True, the management company seemed rather anal about cleanliness, people leaving personal belongings outside, etc. But I appreciated that. I meant that the apartment was spotless when I moved in. I was happy to leave it that way when I moved out. I got my full deposit back with no hassle. The only major issue I had was that the furnice wasn't vented well.
