I have lived at Clearwater for 2 1/2 years now. I like my apt, it is a little small. I have a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. I gotta say though, our neighbors are so loud. I had a 1 bedroom apt before this one and it was the same. I think the walls are just thin. Also, there is pool patrol that treats you like you don't live there. He acts like he is a school prinicipal or something. Seems like the office has a lot of turnover, but friendly staff. Overall, Im pleased!
