First off, we are paying $110 more than residents that moved in less than a month prior.
I was upset that we weren't shown the apartment we would be living in before all the paperwork and signing. There were ants in the kitchen, the carpet had been cleaned and the walls were painted but it smelled of an old person/chemicals and there were stains on the carpet that I easily removed myself. The smell is still around. We were having problems the moment we did our walk-through and we continue to have problems.
The walls are thin. I've lived in three apartment complexes and these apartments have either inconsiderate people or thin walls.
I CAN'T WAIT TO MOVE!
