As typed in the review title, I'd recommend for the short-term renters, but I strongly say to rent to own or purchase a home in the surrounding areas. The prices are reasonable and the locations is much better than most (i.e. Fayettenam [Fayetteville]).

The staff are friendly and the atmosphere is friendly (for the most part). I've stayed at better apartments, but better = more $$$. For the price and location, its just what I expected, if not more.

Overall, I am glad to be leaving just because its time, but if I had to stay somewhere for a few months, this place would be a definite.
