I moved there by myself when my husband was deployed and the office staff was very helpful and informative. It was a lovely, quiet neighborhood and our big dog loved the it. :-) I was fortunate enough to get a unit in the back so I saw nothing but green grass and a forest outside our windows. Like my friend said, it's like living in a resort. The rent was great and the community (Southern Pines) is really nice. I would definitely recommend this to anyone...
