Really miss this place.... - I moved there by myself when my husband was deployed and the office staff was very helpful and informative. Nice but LOUD I have lived at Clearwater for 2 1/2 years now. I like my apt, it is a little small. I have a 2 bedroom/ 2 bath. I gotta say though, our neighbors are so loud. I had a 1 bedroom apt before this one and it was the same. I think the walls are just thin. Also, there is pool

Great place! Blue's Crossing is a wonderful place to live. Apts. are more modern with newer models recently built. A new playground was just installed for the kids. Maintenance staff is very prompt with requests and no major bug problems. Apts are very spacious and discounts are given to state

Nice but I love my place but the noise level is horrible. The walls are so thin and parking can be a nightmare. I can hear my neighbor in the next house snoring and I can also hear when people are taking baths and showers. Management is very friendly.

Very Nice I am currently living in a one bedroom apartment at Park at Clearwater and I think it is a great place to live. They have socials, volleyball games, and other great activities. I recommed for anyone to live here.
