Avalon Peaks

 

Even though I have only lived here a month, I absolutely love it.

There is ample parking and the parking lot is very well-lit.

No matter what time you come home there will be a parking spot available.

Very rarely do I hear my neighbors upstairs or next door.

Everyone is very respectful to each other's privacy.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept.

I always see the grounds crew doing some sort of work.

This community is gated, so if I should take a walk late at night, I know it's secure.

There is also a camera at the front gate, so if I should get an unexpected visitor, I can just flip to a certain channel on TV and see who it is.

Each apt is also installed with a security system, so that makes me feel better too.

I haven't had to use the maintenance crew yet, but when I moved in they told me if I needed anything to just let them know.

Debra, the manager, is absolutely fabulous.

She and her staff and willing to bend over backwards to make sure you have whatever you need.
