Ditto the previous post. I have lived at Avalon for 1.5 years and my experience has been great.... The apartment complex is VERY well managed and extremely safe. The grounds are gorgeous and maintenance requests are turned over very quickly. I think it is one of the best kept secrets in the Triangle area.
