We have lived here for four years and this is, bar none, the best apartment complex in Wake County. The community is so quiet and peaceful that it could pass as a high-scale neighborhood. The staff is tremendous. They will do whatever is necessary to meet your needs. The grounds are beautiful. Safety has never been a concern. The price may be high for some people but its a small price to pay to live a stress-free life. We would even be willing to pay more just as long as it stays as is. We are having a house built and will be moving in the spring but we will always have great memories of Avalon Peaks. A big thanks to Debra, Charlotte, Barbara & James for making this a great place to live!
