If you are looking for a staff that will assist you in accomodating your needs, Avalon Peaks is the place for you.
The staff at Avalon, especially Debra, is very easy to talk with and discuss your options for an apartment.
The community is beautiful, in a great location, and their amenities are one of the best.
After looking for apartments for over a month, Avalon definately ranks highest on the overall rating.
This accounts for their high occupancy rate, close to 98% with almost everyone renewing their lease.
They do not go up on their lease rates upon renewal, but will actually lower if their "special rates" are lower than your current payment.
And with regards to the comments on the cable, the "local" service isnt very good either and there are lots of options.
