The best apartment community I have ever lived in!

I must say that Avalon Peaks is the BEST place as far as apartment communities go that I have ever lived in.

We have owned our home for the past 3 years, and were a little bit on the cautious side about renting again.

We also moved from another state, so we were a bit nervous about the area.

The staff was so helpful as far as informing us of all the features of the apartments and worked with us while we were out of state to make our move go smoothly.

They also helped with getting to know the area by suggesting shopping and banking.

I can honestly say that I feel like I made new friends in them.

The grounds are beautiful and well kept, and we have never had a problem with parking.

The apartment is huge! It's actually bigger square footage wise (living area) than our former home that we owned! The screened porches are a great bonus, as well as the kitchen.

I can't thank Avalon Peaks enough for making our relocation a smooth one and making me and my family feel welcome.
