This is a very nice community and the residents are great. There is a gate at the entrance and security systems in each apartment. The apartment layouts are so nice - you really feel like it is your home and not a typical rental. The screened porches are great! Very dog-friendly, with a fenced dog run for the pups.

The staff is knowledgeable and fair, and will go out of their way to accommodate the residents whenever they can. Maintenance is very good and they take it seriously. Other properties in the area are nowhere close to comparing to Avalon. The Drucker & Falk organization knows what they are doing!
