A place where its quiet when it should be, enjoyable always.

A neighborhood filled with people that you actually want to get to know and their children are well behaved! A super friendly management and maintenance staff that are always at your service.

Amenities' Besides a really spacious place, how about ceiling fans, monitered security systems in each unit, all the standard appliances except for a W/D- and if you don't have your own, you can go down the the community center on premesis and do it there for free in a clean well lit laundry room! While you're doing the laundry, you can pop across the breezeway to the library and read a book or check your email, or you could work out in the gym (which rivals Gold's by the way- but is also FREE!) Over the summer-since you'll never have to mow your own grass- go for a swim in the 3 lane Olympic size pool.

Have a couple friends over for drinks on your screened-in porch! Go play tennis, go for a walk on the extensive gounds, go play frisbee-golf! Go wash your car! The only drawback' Umm...

Rent instead of a mortgage.

Some have had difficulty with the cable company, but my partner and I've yet to have experienced an issue.

Tuesday our modem went out, Wednesday, the company came to fix it.
