I love my new apartment at Avalon.

When friends come over they drool at the amount of space I have.

They say "This kitchen is huge!" then, "This living area is huge!", then "My God, you can drive a car into this closet!", then they nearly faint when they see the screened in porch! I needed a pet friendly environment, and Avalon not only accepts pets, they welcome them.

Imagine my suprise to find complimentary "poo bags" and receptacles all over the place.

It's private even though you are in the midst of people.

You feel secluded because it is so quiet.

The soundproofing is very good.

They accomadated every request I have made.

There are so many extras - a fenced in dog run, free laundry facilities, gym, pool, free dvd and book library, monitored security, even a panic button.

You can even use the clubhouse to hold events and gatherings - for free!

I read other reviews before I moved in and made sure that the apartment I was moving into would get dish network reception because I didn't want to deal with the cable.
