Yes, Avalon Peaks is a nice place to look at but not to live. The places are spaceous and the amentities seem nice, but once you are into the community you don't matter as a customer any more. I have lived here for several years and am still waiting for my complimetary carpert cleaning I was supposed to have when I renewed my lease, which was over a year ago. There is a long road where cars race up and down at dangerous speeds and it is next to a playground. I wouldn't feel safe for if I had a child around here. And speaking of the children. Screaming and playing everywhere BUT the playgrounds! I can't wait until my lease is up in a year so And don't let those security gates fool you. I have had my car borken into as well.I can move! a
