My husband and I loved the apartments at first sight - but, boy, did we get fooled.
They are spacious but the walls are paper thin!! We hear everything - from cars in the parking lots to our upstairs neighbors just walking around there house (which sounds like a herd of elephants) to conservations everytime someone uses the nearby stairs.
If you are looking for peace and quiet or if you have children who make noises themselves this isn't the place for you!! The staff is not helpful or friendly so don't look for help there!!! Oh and how the rates soar every time you renew your lease.
Don't make the same mistake we did!!!

...Yes, humans and cars do tend to make sounds...pesky creatures! I don't recall seeing 'unhelpful' or unfriendly' on any of the awards the Management has received!!! They are wonderful and caring. If you cannot appreciate that, you should go elsewhere. |

The thing we really love about Avalon Peaks is how little we hear our neighbors. I guess if you are moving from a house to an apartment and you are not used to hearing anything then you might think it is loud but I have no complaints when it comes to noise.
