Fabulous place to live

Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
I wrote the very first review for Avalon Peaks in 2003, and thought I would write another post now that I've moved.
There are no words to describe how much I loved living there. The one and only reason I left was because of the commute to work. I had to find someplace closer to live.
Debra, Barbara, April and the rest of the staff are absolutely amazing. They bend over backwards to make sure the residents are happy and satisfied. Should any of the staff see you outside walking the dog or what not, they always wave hello. If there was anything I needed repaired, which was hardly ever, James had it fixed by the time I got home from work.
The apartment I lived in was huge. Plenty of space for myself and my animals. Speaking of which, the staff keeps dog biscuits in the clubhouse for their four-legged residents. My dog gained some weight from all the cookies she got. Thanks, Debra! :) There are also ample potty stations throughout the complex, and the residents do a very good job cleaning up after their dogs.
As for your neighbors, I never heard the people on either side of me, but I did hear the person above me sometimes. This person walked very heavy and talked very loud, so it's kind of hard not to hear them. Now I will say that there is a very rude couple who live in the bldg. No one on the street likes them b/c they are so mean, but there isn't much to do except ignore them, so that's what everyone does.
All in all, I have absolutely no complaints about Avalon Peaks. In my opinion, there is no better place to live in the RTP area. Please feel free to email me if you have any questions about the complex. I'll be more than happy to sing their praise.
