I had never lived in an apartment community and didn't know what to expect. What I found was a great experience. They were pet friendly and they offered everything I needed. The neighbors were nice and the community was pretty quiet. The pool was great! The fitness area was a little dated, but they had the basics. Debra was great, I didn't have any problems with management. If I had not bought a house I would have resigned my lease and still reside there. Overall I really enjoyed Avalon Peaks.
