After talking to the site manager at length and touring a model apartment with her, I was excited to recommend this rental community to my mother who is moving to the area. The beautiful grounds, impressive amenities (especially the security features) and gracious and professional staff went beyond my expectations. Because a family member inherited a house while I was in the process of finalizing a lease for my mother, she decided not to live at Avalon Peaks but to live in the house instead.
Obviously, I am not a past or current tenant but my experience with the site manager, as well as with three field managers, was so positive and the community itself was so attractive, I wanted to let other potential renters know that this is a community well worth considering.
