Avalon Peaks is a fantastic community to live in.

Not only is Debra a wonderful and caring manager of the property, but the whole staff does such a wonderful job in keeping Avalon Peaks beautiful and well maintained.

This is our second time living here and at this point we have no intention of moving out.

Why fix what isn't broken' Nice spacious apartments.

Beautiful grounds.

Huge pool.

Great clubhouse.

Awesome library and video center.

Clean gym.

What we really love about Avalon Peaks is that the people who live here are so friendly and really utilize the "community" so you get a chance to meet and talk with new people often.

We also love that AP is a VERY pet friendly community.

Pet owners here show much respect to those who are not pet owners and really help to keep the grounds clean.
