| 02/27/2013 | The traffic can be awful with the enormous oil tank depot across the street, not to mention the constant beeping of their gate and truck noise 24 hours a day. I don't know how the people living along Ten Ten can stand that. Turning left out of the complex is impossible during rush hours and there have been accidents. Gate doesn't consistently stay closed. Rent increases are high. Lots of empty apartments at any given moment - for the prices they charge, u could live @ a newer apt complex with stainless appliances and nice cabinets/granite countertops nearby. Very dog ...
