Great Apartments The apartments are in excellent condition and the management is great! Wes in particular is very helpful. We have a two bedroom apartment with the sunroom, it is very spacious. We also like that it is close to Beaver Creek and the RTP.

Wonderful place to live I lived in Avalon Peaks for two years. I only moved because I bought a house. I absolutely love this apartment complex. It feels like a neighborhood and not an apartment complex. It is a very pet friendly place. I always felt completely safe there. I would walk my dog
