This place looks nice from the outside but it seems that lots of corners were taken in the building process that make utilities cost an arm and a leg. The doors won't even stay closed during winter and if you stand too close to a window you might as well be outside. If you do live here, get a third floor apartment because otherwise you can hear EVERYTHING your upstairs neighbors do. And if you have complaints don't tell the office because all you will get is a nice letter and the runaround x10.
