I have no idea what the previous person was talking about. I am a very picky person and former Resident. I only moved because my job relocated to Charlotte, NC. I have lived at Turtle Creek and The Forest at Biltmore Park apartments. Cranbrook was by far the BEST. At the Forest, I could hear my neighbors upstairs stomping around and at Turtle Creek it sounded like my neighbors were coming through the wall. Cranbrook offered splendid amenities and Jennifer and Kelly were always helpful. I still touch base with them every now and again. The entire team of service guys were OUTSTANDING! They were absolutely professional and kind. Hands down - this is the best place in South Asheville/Arden area...I would put a year of rent on it!
