I have lived at Cranbrook for almost 2 years and and VERY PLEASED! My first apartment here was a 1 bedroom with a den/1 bath and then I downsized to save money and moved into a 1 bedroom/1 bath near the construction zone to save ($50/month) on rent. My ONLY complaint is noise from both upstairs units and the construction (however, I knew about the construction noise when I moved into this unit). I also do not like the fact that they increase your rent at EVERY lease renewal. Some people won't pick up after their dogs, however, I have 2 dogs and ALWAYS pick up after them. The doggie poop-bag stations and fenced-in doggie play area is HANDS DOWN the BEST offering in Asheville! This complex is VERY DOG FRIENDLY so if you aren't a dog person and don't liKe animals - DON'T MOVE HERE!!! The complex is always VERY well lit, CLEAN and well maintained!!! I am not scared to live here by myself! Jennifer and Kelly are very helpful and if they can't figure it out, the maintenance guys will. I will recommend this place to anyone! I am very happy living here and have had no problems!
