The grounds may be pretty, but I have to say that there can be improvements. The only real person in that office that wants to do a good job is Kelly. I have had problems with noise, I have been accused of making loud noises when I was actaully in Illinois during the days this happened. The doors are not square with the frame, the windows allow a LOT of cold air through them,so your bills are going to be outrageious, and the walls are paper thin. For this amount of money per month, I would have expected to have not only awesome service, but a certain amount of understanding. The maintance guys are awesome.They always show up within a day to fix any problems. Mostly older people live here, which is ok, but "Lights out after 9" comes to mind. If you are under 40, I wouldn't suggest living here. You will pay way too much. By the way, if you want to go to the pool, might have to wade through all the people who dont even live here who take up the entire thing. Oh and by the way, as far as this whole not having the guts to say anything to someones face, thats flat out stupid. I told them to their face how bad this place sucks. Yeah this place might be convenient to cool places, you still have to drive, I dont see you walking to a Best Buy. Everyone has to drive, and as far as this traffic on this side of town, I wouldnt suggest trying to take 26 or long shoals anytime between 4 and 6:30. Its the same old story about living in a vacation town, the rent is out of the roof and the plus sides are few and far between.
