Forget the "5" ratings on this site posted by employees. Let a REAL resident post a review.
Very dog friendly so much so there is dog dung everywhere BIG dogs leaving BIG piles. You don't dare step in the grass.
Poorly insulated you hear everything your neighbors do. When they shower you feel as if you showered with them. Heating vents in the high ceilings even the door knobs are ice cold.
Management can also be very cold or maybe the words unapproachable and rude would better describe them. Some residents complain about getting the answering machine constantly and some of us would much rather talk to the machine.
Whatever problems you have experienced at other apartments IT'S ALL waiting for you here. You'll just pay more for it at Cranbrook.
