I have owned a couple of houses and lived in many apartments and condos. When we moved to Asheville we decided to rent because we didn't know how long we'd be here for. With that said, the rent is very reasonable compared to where I moved from. We have called the staff numerous times for small maintenance requests and everyone has always been very friendly and very attentive. I also have a BIG DOG which I clean up after and I can say that I don't see doggie droppings in the grass ever. The only complaint I have is the noise level. I can hear the people upstairs taking a shower and listening to TV and stomping around so I am sure they can hear everything from us as well.

Cranbook apts. has no estimated rental rates in the availible literature or on their websit.THEN, when you telephone the number listed online and in the literature, you get a machine with a recording, and you must leave a msg and wait for someone to return your call. This is very frustrating. Poor marketing...
