The first year was ok. You basically have to hope someone guest is not in your assigned parking spot. That was probably my biggest problem. Neighbors not respecting assigned parking spots!!! It was the most annoying thing to come home late at night and cant park. Then you had the kids, that were always loud and disrubtive to some degree. Going through 3 different landlords with the rules being different which each new face it becomes annoying.
